At the Regency Holt we also provide Short term rentals and furnished rentals for any of our available units. The rental rates for short term leases are slightly higher than for 1 year. Please keep in mind there is no AirBnB service charge fee / cleaning fee when comparing rates.
For Furnishing, it is an additional $1,000/mo. for 2 bedrooms and $1,500/mo. for 3 Bedrooms.
